Guangzhou Business Center project is located in the intersection of Shuangta Road and Haizhou Road, Pipa West Area, Haizhu District, Guangzhou City. The project covers an area of about 6900 square meters; its construction area is about 200000 square meters. For building layers, there are 5 floor underground and 60 layers on the ground, 65 layers in total., The height of the this building is about 360 meters; the main structure of building are made of the steel structure framework. The leaning position adopts the core-tube structure, which is the country's first core-tube in a leaning position design for super-tall building. Steel weight of the building is about 50000 tons, it is belonging to high-rise steel structure buildings. Upon completion, it will serve as the headquarters of Guangzhou private economy ,and it also will become the international exchange center, product exhibition center, commerce training center, international chamber of commerce gathering center and international economic service center of Guangzhou private economy. The other project-the headquarter of Xinghewan Group is located in the area of No.AH040215 north of Xingang East Road, and south of Pipa Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou City. It covers an area of 11839 square meters; and its construction area is 82873 square meters. There are 3 layers underground and 46 floors on the ground. The first floor will be serves as shops. The height of the building is 258 meters. The main structure of the building adopt shear wall structure. Steel weight of this building is about 12000 tonnes. It belongs to super-high office building. On December 21, the first hoisting of steel box girder of the project-steel structure bridge on Qiaobei Road, Duanzhao District, Zhaoqing City, was began. The main responsible persons, who come from the project investor (Zhaoqing Xiangjianda Investment Co., Ltd), the general contractor (Hunan Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd), the supervision unit in Guangzhou, and the fabrication unit - our company (Dongguan Huagang Steel Structure Co., Ltd), attended the ceremony of the first hoisting. The total tonnage of the steel structure of the project is over 1100 tons. The project includes a 110-meter span road bridge and two 59-meter footbridges. The production& welding &inspection standards of the highway bridge steel box girder are very strict; the company spent three and a half months on&from the drawing deepening, workshop production, to delivery. The steel box girder was made in 5 sections, and pre-assembling was required between the bridge sections. The project occupies a large space of workshop and has a large amount of welding. Therefore, the factory arranges workers to work in three shifts for 24 hours. Site construction personnel also use two shifts to work for completing the installation before the Spring Festival.

In September this year, our company signed a cooperation contract with Hunan Construction Industry Group Co.,Ltd. on the steel structure bridge of Qiaobei road, Duanzhou district, Zhaoqing city.The project includes a 110-meter span road bridge and two 59-meter footbridges.The steel structure highway bridge is 150 meters long, 15 meters wide and 1.7 meters high. The whole structure is fabricated on the jigs. The installation is expected to be completed before the Spring Festival!

In the image promotional film of 2022 Asian Games City, we got glimpses of the Gate of Hangzhou. The Gate is a H-shaped building that's under construction. Recently, it is reported that the Gate used the Twin Towers mode the future will be showed to us as steel structure building. Specialized steel structure engineering companies are responsible for the main steel structure engineering of the two towers, the steel bridge between the two towers, and the steel structure engineering of the podium business district. The bottom span between the towers is about 60 meters, and the center is connected by a steel arch bridge of about 22 meters. "The gate of Hangzhou" also called "the first building of Hangzhou". The total area of it will be about 77572 square meters, and its total building area is 530000 square meters. This building will be built into a complex high-rising city land mark that will gather corporate headquarters, business, super five-star hotel, boutique shopping malls, and other functions. Now the development is smooth and the project will be completed and delivered before the Asian games in August, 2022.

One of the highlights of the ongoing China International Import Expo is the Country Pavilion for Trade and Investment, where 82 countries and three international organizations are showcasing their latest products. Ring beam, also being called circle beam, it is applied to strengthen the maintenance structure. These beams can improve the earthquake resistance for overall structure of buildings. Ring beams became widely available after Tangshan earthquake in China. There is another narrower interpretation for ring beam. For steel structural buildings, steel pipe columns are connected with reinforced concrete beam by circle beam, which is used to strengthen structure based on the earthquake resistance theory of strong-joints and weak-member. Particular way is, steel pipe column is surrounded by many reinforcing steel bars, which bind to the steel bars for reinforced concrete beam at the same time; finally overall pour concrete. This way can greatly strengthen beam-column connection nodes, and be applied in the ground floor for the high-rising building.
